Concierge pediatrics in Newton, Massachusetts. Children get sick at night. Your pediatrician should be reachable when they do.

Fevers spike after dinner. Wheezing starts at 11pm. Vomiting wakes you up at 3am. The hours when your pediatrician is hardest to reach are the hours when you most need one.
We built the practice so the doctor who knows your child is the one who picks up. Including after hours, on weekends, on holidays.
Direct text or call to your child's pediatrician.
Coverage every day, including weekends and holidays.
The doctor decides whether you need to head to the ER, or just take a breath and wait until morning.
Same-day appointments when you do need to come in.
"A family can just text me and I will immediately see that. I can call them when it works for them, not just when it works for me, because I have time built into my day."
Dr. Christina Nordt
When you call us in a panic, the doctor's first job is to listen. Then to figure out what is going on. Then to walk you through what to do next. ER, see us in the morning, or just take a breath. It is your child's pediatrician on the line.
"I mostly reassure them. Let them know that I'm here. And that we will figure out what's going on, what we need to do and what the next steps are."
Dr. Brenda Anders Pring
A flat membership fee covers everything we do. No co-pays. No insurance billing for in-office care. Family pricing is available for two or more children in the practice.
Each doctor cares for no more than 300 children, roughly 15 to 20 percent of a traditional practice. Smaller panels mean more time for your child. We do not bill insurance, so your doctor's recommendations are based on what your child needs, not what an insurer will pay for.
One child: $500 / month ($6,000 / year). Two children: $10,000 / year. Family of three or four: $12,000 / year. A flat fee covers all the care we provide in our offices.
We do not bill insurance for in-office care. We provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. You will still want insurance for specialist visits, outside labs, hospitalizations, and prescriptions.
Yes. You can reach your doctor by cell, text, email, or telemedicine, including after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
A call, an in-person visit, or a virtual meeting. Your questions, answered by the doctor who would be your child's pediatrician. No commitment.
Dr. Pring or Dr. Nordt will reach out personally, usually the same day, to set up your call.
